Less wait time on live Chat
Happy 1st Birthday to our live chat service! We started our live chat a little over a year ago and we are thrilled that our patients and community have responded so well to it. Our team has answered over 15,000 of your chats! To keep up with this, we’ve expanded our team to give you less wait time. We are proud to say that our average wait time to chat with one of our patient support specialists is under 60 seconds. We closely monitor our chat rates and wait times so that we can make updates to keep this service quick, easy, and convenient for you!
Enhanced phone service and reduction in voicemails
Along with our live chat growth, we’ve seen a drastic increase in phone call volume. As our offices expand and we bring new providers on our team, we begin to see more patients….which ultimately means more phone calls.
We’ve implemented new team members and policies to see to it that your calls and voicemails are answered in a timely manner. In one week alone, we’ve decreased our amount of voicemails by 30%. This means that more of your calls are being answered right away! This is an ongoing process for us, but we are very proud of our improvements and will continue to enhance our customer service for you.
New offices in Royal Oak and Lapeer coming soon!
It’s been a busy winter for us as we’ve been building new office locations in Royal Oak and Lapeer. Our Royal Oak office is scheduled to open this summer. The new Lapeer office will be up and running later this year.
New Telemedicine Program
You’ve asked and we listened! We are in the final stages of our new telemedicine program in which you will be able to “visit” with one of our providers virtually. Our goal is to make healthcare easier for you!
