Reduce water intake to avoid leakage
Reducing your water intake can lead to dehydration and bladder irritation because fluids help your body to remove acids and bacteria out of your body. We recommend drinking plenty of water throughout the day, but in smaller doses.
Bladder leakage starts after the age of 40
